Ron Ziebart, CEO

As founder, CEO and President of Link Senior Development, Ron brings nearly 30 years of executive experience within the real estate industry – much of the last 20 years directly supporting senior housing developments.

In 2002, Ron formed a successful partnership with a Portland, Oregon investment group to purchase and develop senior housing properties.

Before beginning Link Senior Development in 2012, he developed numerous senior housing projects that have included independent retirement communities, assisted living, and memory care communities.

Ron brings to the table a wide range of detailed experience as a developer, owner, and operator within the full spectrum of senior housing property types. In having such a unique and diverse professional background, he has put himself in a rare position to be able to fully understand the entire development process, beginning to end, from various vantage points.

As EVP, Development Strategy, Bryan is responsible for pre-development business activities in support of market identification, preliminary financial and site analysis, and other supporting activities.

Bryan has extensive widescale program management experience as well as more than 10 years supporting complex analytics programs and projects.

As CFO, Daniel is responsible for financial and business analysis oversight of the company and its investment opportunities.

Daniel has nearly 20 years of multi‐million dollar real estate project experience overseeing development, management, accounting and financial analysis for 185 properties including Senior Housing Acquisitions, Land Development and Commercial Real Estate transactions.

As VP, Logistics Management & Administration, Suzanne is responsible for overseeing numerous internal business functions including the project design of interiors along with the operational flow and Logistics Management for the development projects

Suzanne has nearly 30 years of executive management and more than 10 years of HR experience leading critical organizational functions.

Jeff Schumacher

VP, Project Management

As VP, Project Management, Jeff focuses on assisting in the acquisition of developable land, securing financing for both land purchases and construction, and helping devise appropriate corporate structures that allow for partners, investors, and other participants.

Jeff has nearly 10 years experience managing the legal and contractual matters for Link Senior Development. In his prior company, he helped organize over $500 million in support of more than 200 real estate projects.

Graeme Leggatt

VP, Construction Management

As VP of Construction Management, Graeme is responsible for coordination of new construction design through construction and obtaining certificates of occupancy.

Graeme’s professional construction management career has spanned over 35 years, 21 of those in the senior housing industry with over $300 million of senior housing new construction, remodel, and capital improvement projects successfully completed during that time.

Project Logistics Coordinator

As Project Logistics Coordinator, Ed is responsible for assessing, analyzing and interpreting the architectural drawings for materials, methodology and to propose solutions for improvements in design and construction prior to breaking ground.

Ed has over 30 years supporting various phases of construction management with several years direct experience supporting senior developments specifically.
